Is there Snorkelling Equipment available on board?

Yes, Snorkelling equipment will be made available for use during the trip for passengers on board.

Do you offer any additional services with the boat rental?

Yes, sea scooters and SUP are available upon request, with an extra charge.

Are their beach umbrellas available on board?

Yes, as well as the fitted sun canopy, the boats offer portable beach umbrellas for passengers to take with them during the beach stops.

Are the boats mobility friendly?

Whilst our fleet does not come equipped with fitted ramps/mobility aides, access to the boats is comfortable and easy, via sturdy ladders/ harbour access.
If members of your party require mobility assistance, please inform our team when making your booking.

What is the booking process?

Booking a private boat charter with ErgoMarine is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Our team will assist you in selecting the most suitable vessel for your group, planning your itinerary, and coordinating all necessary details.

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required, payable via international bank transfer. Upon receipt, you will be sent a receipt, booking confirmation by email, along with instructions for completing the pre-rental agreement at our office prior to your charter date.

Which is your Cancellation & Refund Policy?

In the event of a cancellation, by the customer, for any reason, where there is no fault on the part of ErgoMarine, the following terms apply:

⦁ Bookings made 30 days or more before embarkation
Cancellations made within 7 days of embarkation: non-refundable
⦁ Bookings made between 7 and 30 days before embarkation
Cancellations made within 5 days of embarkation: non-refundable
⦁ Bookings made less than 7 days before embarkation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of embarkation: non-refundable

For cancellations made outside of the above applicable non-refundable period, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus an administration fee of 100 Euros.

Cancellation Due to Late Arrival or No-Show: Failure to arrive at the agreed time, or arrival more than 30 minutes late, without notifying the company, will be considered a no-show, and the deposit or total booking amount will be non-refundable.

Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions: In the event of cancellation by ErgoMarine, due to severe inclement weather conditions (including high winds, storms or port authority closures that make it impossible to safely carry out the rental) the customer is entitled to:

⦁ reschedule the excursion to another available date, or receive a refund of the deposit / total booking amount, minus an administration fee of 100 Euros.

Cancellations by the customer, due to minor weather conditions (such as light rain, swell or overcast conditions) are non refundable.
